The religious inclination of the gorgeous Aishwarya Rai is coming to the fore.
Ash visited Siddhivinayak temple on her birthday last month and on November 27, Ash, along with Bollywood mega superstar Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan performed a puja at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi.
And now reports are that Bollywood star Ash on Thursday paid obeisance at the tomb of Sufi saint Khawaja Moinudeen Chisti in Ajmer and offered prayers at the Brahma temple at Pushkar near Ajmer.
Ash’s entry into the dargah went unnoticed by most people. Clad in black jeans, a shirt and a scarf and accompanied by her mother, she offered a chadar at the saint’s tomb.
Ash was at the dargah for about ten minutes before leaving for Pushkar, about 10 km from Ajmer.
As Ash came out from the Brahma temple, a huge crowd of people tried to have a glimpse of her but policemen pushed them away, a senior police official said.
Ash parried questions from reporters about her relationship with Abhishek. Turning towards the temple, she said, “Whatever city i visit, i go to temples or religious places for prayers.”
The shooting of Ash’s forthcoming film with Hrithik Roshan titled Jodha Akbar is also being done in Rajasthan.
