Here is a piece of news that would delight the countless Tamil fans of the gorgeous Bollywood icon, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

The Kollywood buzz is that, after a long time, Ash will be seen in a Tamil film, albeit a dubbed version.

The grapevine says her forthcoming Hindi movie, Jodhaa Akbar in which Hrithik Roshan plays the Mughal emperor, will be dubbed in Tamil.

Of course, Ash is no stranger to Tamil cinema. She has acted in a number of Tamil films in the past. Among the Tamil films featuring Ms Rai are ‘Jeans’, ‘Iruvar’ and ‘Kandu Kondein Kandu Kondein’.

Besides, another Hindi film of hers, Taal , was also dubbed into Tamil. It was a big hit in Kollywod.

Let us hope ‘Jodhaa Akbar’ which deals with the love story of Mughal emperor Akbar and Jodha Bai will strike a popular chord in Kollywood.
