Aishwarya Rai is out and Katrina Kaif is in! Well, the former Miss World has opted out as the brand ambassador of the Nakshatra Diamonds. Ash has been endorsing the brand since 2004 and when time came for renewal of the contract, the lady imposed some strict conditions, which did not go too well with Nakshatra Diamonds.

They promptly found a suitable replacement in Katrina Kaif. However, hubby Abishek insists that Ash was the one who pulled out of Nakshatra Diamonds and not the other way round. It may be noted that earlier this year, Ash lost her much-coveted place – the most searched Bollywood personality on the net – to Katrina.
