Unlike the recent tendency of prominent filmmakers to flock the Bachchan family or cast the Bachchan couple (Abhishek and Aishwarya) opposite each other in their films, director Abhinay Deo is taking the road less taken.

Although his film, tentatively titled ‘Crooked’ boasts of the famous husband-wife duo, but they are not cast opposite each other. According to a source, “The film is a thriller and for a change Abhishek and Aishwarya are not paired opposite each other in this film.”

When contacted, Ritesh Sidhwani of Excel spoke to a new daily, “Crooked is just the working title. We are still contemplating whether to use it or go in with a Hindi title.”

“Besides Abhishek and Aishwarya, the film will also star Boman Irani and Jimmy Sheirgill. We are yet to finalize a couple of other actors and would be making an announcement soon”, Ritesh added.

Well, now that the hubby-wife will not be seen opposite each other, we wonder who would be their onscreen love interest.
