Ever since their wedding in April, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai have been trotting the globe together. First they went to honeymoon in Tahiti Isles. Then they made a brief visit to Cannes before flying off to London.

Now, the couple is reported to be in Switzerland. This time it is work commitment that has taken them there.

Abhishek has gone there to shoot for Yash Raj Film’s Laaga Chunari Mein Daag . The film, directed by Pradeep Sarkar, has Rani Mukherjee , Konkona Sen Sharma and Jaya Bachchan in main roles. The poster shows Gandhi reinventing herself as the incarnation of the supreme warrior woman deity.

Aishwarya Rai seems to be making news and turning heads, wherever she’s making an appearance now. On her working relationship with her husband, Abhishek Bachchan, she has commented that she finds Abhishek a very supportive and a wonderful co-star.

Though it’s certainly a good thing that Aishwarya feels so favourably about working with Abhishek, as the two will be seen together in many of the projects that are coming up – for instance, in ‘Sarkar 2′, an upcoming Tarun Mansukhani film.

Bollywood superstar Aishwarya Rai has been asked to help promote a new vibrating condom as part of the Asian International Safe Sex campaign launched today.

The former Miss World green-eyed beauty is being feted by the World Health organization to help bolster its anti-AIDS drive by endorsing the new prophylactic which has already caused shockwaves of dismay up and down India because of claims that it is a sex toy and not a contraceptive device.

Sex toys, like pornography, are officially banned in India as immoral. But the government-owned company that is involved in marketing the new product, branded as Crezendo, contains a battery-operated ring-like device that ‘merely enhances the natural experience while preventing conception and spread of pathogens’. Rumours have it that Celina Jaitley will replace the gorgeous Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Chandraprakash Dwivedi ’s ‘Prithviraj Chauhan’.

Dwivedi, who made news with Pinjar , a film that was set during partition, had shown interest to make another periodical based on the life of Emperor Prithviraj Chauhan and was keen to cast Ash in the female lead role.

Filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi too wanted to make a film on Prithviraj and he had approached Ash to play the same role. It was Ajay Devgan who was to play Santoshi’s Prithviraj Chauhan. “I will be a part of that director’s film, who launches his movie first,” Ash had said then. The newly wed former Miss World says she plans to continue working in films but hints at a slow down in the days ahead as she shifts focus to raising children she longs to have.

Speaking to a leading newspaper Aishwarya confirmed the logical and expected given the Bachchan traditions – That she plans to fulfill her existing commitments and then re-orient her life to raise a family.

“In future, obviously there will be children and then I will plan my time accordingly,” she told the paper.

Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan says it is too early to feel any change after marrying fellow star and former Miss World Aishwarya Rai, a news report said Monday.

“Give me some time. It’s not like she is waiting for me when I get back home,” The Times Of India quoted Bachchan as saying as he resumed work after his honeymoon. “Ash is working too, you know,” he said. Abhishek Bachchan and Rai were married in April.
