After all that controversy over the name, the film, which was formerly known as Robot, starring Rajnikant and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, has now been titled Endhiran. Besides the new title, also being added to the film, its action is Chinese style.

It appears that director S Shankar, who was originally supposed Chinese stunt director Woo ping Yuen to supervise the action sequences in the film.

Bollywood star Abhishek Bachchan along with his actress wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and mother Jaya Bachchan on Friday visited the Kedarnath shrine and offered prayers to Lord Shiva in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand.

From Miss World to Mrs Bachchan, actor Aishwarya Rai has come a long way. But a tax exemption she sought 13 years back on her prize money after winning the international title is still being debated before the Bombay High Court.

On Monday, the court admitted the income tax department’s appeal challenging the exemption sought by her by virtue of being a non-resident Indian (NRI).

Family comes first, Ash has again proved it by being on the side of her ail father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan and by keeping a tab on his condition. Ash is to fly to Chennai to resume the shooting of Shankar’s Robot but sudden break down of Big B’s health has made her to postpone her shooting. Amitabh is recovering gradually and he is expected to get discharge very soon. Ash will recommence her shooting only after Big B becomes completely alright and heads to home.
